A easy wasy to remember is that it is always the second saturday of may in MN.; both for eye's and pike.

Mother's Day is May 9th this year. I get to fish all day on Sunday this year. Watch out walleyes. Can't wait!

What is pathetic is that Bass don't open up until basically June unless you live near the lower Sippy, Croix, or Big Stone. What a joke!
