NY Family Summer Get Together!

Well boys...it seems like only a few of us keep in touch in the Open Water Season.

I propose a get together on the Big "O" for a small friendly fishing derby. That is if the rest of you guys can take your SKIRTS off for the day

Let's see how many boats we have:

Doug=1

Todd=1

Tuzzy=1

Otis=1

Franky=1

Jimmy=1

That makes room for an easy 10 people and 8 skirts...8 meaning that Todd and I never put our skirts on

We shall put the Commisioner (Timmy) in charge of the date, time and launch. Only if you want to and have time!!!

Timmy, I hope your Umpiring is going well...have you had to eject any unrully's. I would love to see you bounce some wiseguy out of the game for kicking dirt on your cleats

I don't wear a skirt but I carry a mean apron Just talked to DC, Pops and him are on there way to the Del for some eyes and trout. Doug sounds like you'll have some southern tier friends up soon to the ristorante..

Haven't had to eject anyone yet Doug but have warned a couple of guys, no biggy. Saw a situation when a guys team in the playoffs first round only had 9 players and a guy got tossed in the 6th with the lead and they had to forfeit the game. His teammates didn't let him leave the parking lot without a few well placed punches.

Depending on the weekend and scheduels we would come up too. Bring up the boat or jump ship pirate style with someone. For years we were up there almost every weekend through the 90's. Dont get up much now except a few fall trips...

Im sure you could ad Lee to that list also...

Steve...why don't you pick a couple of weekends YOU are available and we can work from there. You will be traveling the farthest distance, then DC & Tank 2nd. I think Todd, Otis, Kirkville and I are the most flexible.

Why don't you just come up anyway and a few of us can get together...I want you and Cindy to come up th the restaurant so I can work some magic on your palat.

Steve, congratulations . . .a little late from me, but thank you for your years of service, sacrifice and loyalty to this country and the uniform you wore. The Corp is lossing some fantastic experience. I salute you Gunnie!
