It's only game 1 and the game is not half over with the score 4-2. Pens look good. Rangers will give them a good series.

It will be interesting to see what the Pens do after the week off.

The week off for the pens gave them time to rest and iron out any wrinkles the coaches saw in the first series. It also gave gary roberts time to rest his groin. The Pens win in six games.

Now that I had to relax and settle myself a bit over the wild loss. I would like so the pens hoist the cup! I would like to see the cup go to the Eastern Conference, I am still alittle bitter!

Detroit ate up the Ave's today the way it looks. I didn't get to see the game.

I saw a couple minutes of the game and Detroit was skating circles around the Av's. Outshot them 40-20 in typical Detroit fashion.

Another tight game yesterday for the Pens and Rangers. Being on National TV, the game took forever, even with no goals.

I'm not sure I like how they boo Jagr all the time. I don't remember that he left on bad terms, did he?

Pens lead series 2-0 already heading to NY. Have to see how they hold up there.

I also have to say that the Stars are surprising me in leading their series with the Sharks. I expected the Sharks to win. We'll have to see.

I think they are booing Jagr because of the comments he made before game 1. He said Crosby isn't even close to Lemieux or something along those lines.

Philly won again tonight. Price let in a couple of softies and got pulled before the 3rd period. Still, not to bad for a 19 year old.

I'm pulling for Montreal I think they have to come back from the 2-1 defecit those were some softies Price let it but he came back with a shut out last series after he gave up 5 goals I think. I'm rooting for Montreal the rest of the way. Would like to see the Sharks beat the Stars to that has been a fun series to watch. Who do you guys got winning the cup now that the Wild are out?

I'll say Penguins vs Dallas. I don't like Detroit's goaltending at all. I like Dallas's grit and determination but if Pittsburgh comes to play everynight the cup is theres to win.

It would be cool to see Crosby get a cup early in his career he deserves it.

The Pens are something else, can team stop them in the playoff's?? I see a Pens-Stars rematch of the 91 finals.

Pens, Detroit, and Dallas look very good. The next round will be awesome!

If Detroit or Pittsburgh wins, I'll be happy. If Detroit doesn't beat Dallas in the next round, they don't deserve to win.

I don't see the Pens winning the cup playing like they did last night you're going to have to make the opposing goalie make more then 15 saves to win on he road in the playoffs.

If they can score 5 goals on 17 shots, I think they will be okay! The Pens know how to burry the puck and take advantage of teams defenses!

the pengs are scoring more goals than the opponents and getting the W. I can see the Penguins winning the cup but it will be a tough series in the Finals, who knows who will make it there

Why do Pens fans boo Jaromir Jagr? That's a great question. When he played in Pittsburgh, he was a major reason why the Pens won 2 Stanley Cups. During the playoffs one year, he refused to let a sore groin stop him from playing. I am sure the non-bandwagon fans are not the ones booing him. It is probably the 'younger' fans that have just jumped on board with the recent successes of the Penguins. They need to realize Jagr based his decision to get out of Pittsburgh mainly on a business move to look out for himself. Most of us have made many career changes in an attempt to better ourselves. Years from now these 19 & 20 year old so-called fans better not step into McDonald's for a hamburger... they may get the 'same' treatment.

That was quite a thumping by Detroit. The Rangers delayed the inevitable by getting a win against the Pens last night, but I think that Pittsburgh will finish them off at home in Game 5.

Watching the games lastnight really made me wish the Wild were still in it !!! Playoff hockey is simply awesome!

Nice win by the Sharks last night. They are making the series a little interesting. Be nice to see them come back and win.
