Cardinal Chickadee staring contest Couple Trimmed Images R-B Nuthatch, didn't stay as still, so a little blur. Downy Woodpecker, very happy with this one. buzzsaw Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 Just wanted to toss out a little factoid... There are pockets of Robins that stay in Minnesota year around. If your out and about birding or whatever there is a good chance you'll find them near berry bushes or near water. You don't see nearly as many, but they are around all winter.
