looking for more people to fish with

I work in Plymouth and live in St Paul, so I'm planning on fishing both sides more this year, it'd be fun to meet some people!

I've been thinking of this for awhile but the last post got me thinking its maybe not such a bad idea after all. I have some lures (barely used) that I just don't fish with. It doesn't mean they don't work, but for whatever reason I haven't learned to work them right or I just don't have confidence in them. If we get together for a beer or two I wouldn't mind bringing in any lures I have but don't use to trade for any of yours that you have but don't use. No money makers or anything, just hate to have anything gathering dust in the tackle box. What do you think?

A great place to get together would be one of throne brothers wed. night speakers. They have a bunch of great muskie guys coming in to talk in March. I'm planning on being there for at least a few of them.

Chris - I haven't talked to the guy in a while. I've heard he does great work, so I'm optimistic it will turn out great. Any time you want to head out...it would be fun to fish WB and learn a few things from each other.

Definitely a WB evening for sure, I thought about that last fall. I was tempted to follow you a bit, just to see how you hit the lake.

I looked it up and I see your Mrs is in HR, so probably a good thing I don't know her!

I'm 10 floors above her, same building. I'm a finance guy but work with Assets Protection on large theft cases, vendor theft, fencing operations, major process issues, etc. I tell the neices and nephews its like the FBI, but for Target!

If she's HR she can get me out of work early to fish with you, right?

I am always looking for people to go fishing with. Most of my friends aren't too big into the outdoors, so any excuse I can to get out on a lake I will take. I was just talking to one of the guides that is helping out with Operation Muskie. We have it all agreed on. When you get back, get in touch with me, and you will get to fish the pond on a guided trip for NOTHING!!! The guide has put some MONSTERS in the boat in the past couple of years and you will love him. Top notch guide and an even better person! I am going to be in Canada for most of July and the beginning of Aug, but post up here on the board and we will hook it up.
