7' x 14' Fish House - $1250

$1250 for 7’x14’ fish house with newer steel roof and siding on skids. It has two bunks (one on each end), a center table that folds down when not in use, four fishing holes with rattle reels, carpeting, and a gas stove with a 100 lb tank and a separate cooking burner. The house is fully wired with two overhead lights, smaller lights near holes, and a fish alarm all on separate switches. There are two storage cabinets on one wall and some storage space under the bunks. This house is well insulated and great for overnight stays. It has one larger picture window, two small sliding windows, and light paneling to keep the inside bright. The house is located between Brainerd and Garrison off Highway 18.
