Upper Basswood Falls

Haven't had a chance to get many photos lately, but have been going through some from this last summer. Here's a couple I took at Upper Basswood Falls on a trip to Crooked Lake.

This was before the fall rains and the water here was as low as I've ever seen it.

ahhh!...to see some blue water again!...the greens of the pines against the blue of the spring/summer skys!...and the granite rocks of the north country!....that first pic puts me "right there " in thought!....I can smell the smoke of the campfire already!...feel those pound and ahalf crappies on my ultralight!...the tug of those 4 pound smallmouth!....wait!I'm dreamin!,it's 20 below

awesome pictures!!! and that crooked lake looks 1000X better than the crooked lake in andover/coon rapids lol

Makes one long for summer but there is still some fishing thru the ice that I have to complete between now and then. Great work as usual Ken.
