LOW Tragedy

Just heard, two people were found dead this weekend in there fish house. They died from Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. This Tragedy Did Not Have To Take Place!! Please people go buy a Detector. All the money we all have in fishing gear, spend a few more dollars.

That sucks. Any details as to what kind of heat source they had...wood, propane? Regardless, VENTILATION is the operative word!!!!

I worked with one of the gentleman. He was one of those fun loving friends that always brought a smile...it's a real shame to lose anybody to something so preventable. Its really a reminder..be smart out there! Buy a CO detector and ventilate, seems simple but its one of the last things thought about when we're trying to get lines in the water and fish on the hook.

Very sad. My sympathy goes out to their families.

Seems at times we get fairly relaxed about being warm and forget what can happen. We all need to make sure we are much more careful with this issue.

Sorry to hear about your friend! My condolences to you and their families. I lost a close friend around Thanksgiving. Alls that is left are the memories of the great times we had. Take care.
