Mark Christianson
Brooke Jurmaze is the sister of my son's hockey teammate. Brooke and her Dad(Brett) hunted Anoka County opening weekend. Well, look what 12 year old Brooke got for her first shot ever taken at a whitetail. 16 pts. I have not heard the weight yet. I just have this scan from the Sherburne County Tribune, but I am hoping to muster up some actual pics to post. Congrats Brooke! She has a lifetime ahead to even come close to this one again. Steve Foss
BLB, that's a dandy buck no matter HOW old you are. Great job by that young hunter. Now she'll have a lifetime of great hunts ahead and will always remember the big one she bagged first time out. Like going fishing for muskies for the first time and bagging a 30-lber. Way cool.
