Wayne Ek
I have sent a 111cHD back to Lowrance for warranty work. If you have sent a unit back to Lowrance can you give me an idea as to the turn-around time.

harvey lee
I have sent back a H20 a couple of times and from the time I shipped it out to the time it returned to my door was only 1 week. I told them I needed it back right away when I called and got the return auth. and they were very fast.
PierBridge
It depends on the time of year and this time of year they are really busy.Depending on whats wrong with the unit I'd say 2 or 3 weeks.
schr0563
My father-in-law sent out his sonar GPS combo in May and still hasn't gotten it back. They keep telling him it's almost ready... Probably just an isolated case, sounds like everyone else has gotten great service.
iffwalleyes
I demand that they sent me one out first once I get that I will return it. You will need to give them a credit card number as a deposit. I always remind them that is isn't my fault the unit is having to go into them and that it is their problem. I got pretty good at dealing with them on my ifinder hunt c. I have 5 of those units and never had one that worked right. I finally took the hit and told them to downgrade me to a h20 which turned out to be an upgrade as it has worked prefectly since I got it.
