So, as most of you guys know, I am mostly a bass dude.. I will delve into the skis every now and again... So, anyway, I was working the Thorne Brothers Booth at the Northwest sportshow and they had not one... but two crankbaits that retailed for... .$300... cough, wheeze GACK!!!! I will never complain again about paying $15 for a crankbait to fish bass!

I for the life of me cant remember what they are called, I was going to look up thier web page so I could show a friend of mine... so, what are them $300 cranks called? Wishmaker or something like that?

What the heck is it, gold plated or something??? Does it come with the swedish bikini team, free truck load of Pabst, or the winning lottery ticket????

The amount of time put into each bait is extensive. Even at $250 to $300 a pop (depending on which size), I'm sure he works for less per hour than most of us do after you factor in his time and his expenses in making the baits.

You won't find me spending even close to this for a lure. But it's not the inflated price that a lot of people believe it is.

Hey Deitz, your bass are not exactly the cheapest things to chase either! I drop $25 for 120 yards of Gamma flouro for the bass fishing, that same $25 gets me about 300 yards of 80lb test muskie line!
