Wow, That's a good price, they go for well over $600 with out the heater.

I just paid $450 for the same portable with out the heater

So which model is this? Otter II is the newer design sled, but that doesn't tell me anything about the shelter. Is it the cottage, lodge, village etc.?

I would guess just by looking at the title of the subject above the picture it is a lodge, being it says lodge right on the shack gives that away as well. hehehehe

Does the floor fold up into the sled? just wondering how the take down works on your retro fit version which looks ver nice.

It is a lodge according to the house which means it is on the magnum sled. So it is a 74" house. Awesome roomy two man house. I have had 2 of these myself.

The floor does fold in 1/2 but to be honest I never used it so I cant tell you if it fits in the sled or not.

If you aren't sure how heavy is it? Can someone pull it walking out onto the ice?

yep you can pull it.

I dont know weight but we have pulled it by hand many a times.

Does it have reflectors on the corners?

I had reflective tape on the corners, most of it has pealed off. Tell ya what though for a deal breaker I will put new on.
