I can hear the ice forming already. I am just hoping their right. Wednesday and Thursday highs in the lower 40's to upper 30's and lows in the high 20's. Cool them lakes off.

I read the same thing from NASA data but its intensity was not detectable yet. Novembers end they say will be a good barometer of the warming pattern.

Sure hope its not another late on and early off situation for us southern located icers

Ha ha, that warm winter got me on the news last year. I was down by LaCrosse fishing on one of the few safe places to fish, and one of the local news station interviewed me, because apperently the fire department(?) or some authority was reccomending evrybody to stay off.

I hope that this winter is a lot better, because I already am really exited about getting on the ice!
