Browning83
I was wondering if it is legal to have two guns in your layout blind at once? One of which is cased and unloaded....this is more of a back up gun because my auto gets a lot of dust and jams up a lot.
Eric Wettschreck
Yes, it's legal.
Rost
Common sense tells me it should be legal. I think this subject came up last year. A guy was asking if it was legal to have two loaded guns in his duck blind. Can't remember how it turned out though.
Swamp Scooter
I asked the Co in Wi where we hunt a lot and he said it is legal to have it uncased and loaded too. The only thing that might cause a problem is if there is a person in the blind that does not have a license. So maybe someone just taking pictures or video might come into question. Heat the barrels up!
tealitup
I asked last year and in fact you can have two guns loaded at the same time. Your good to go!I asked because I wanted to have something available for cripples. The CO said "thats smart - go ahead"
Gordie
I got the same response as tealitup did with the execption that only three shells in each gun . its awsome when those divers come in after your first gun is empty just pick up #2 and start blasten away ..... Benny
You can have as many guns in the blind as you want to carry. But they ALL have to have plugs!!!And loaded with steel shot as well.I was checked by the warden last year out in the sod fields, had the trusty 10 ga long tom along with my Browny. He just checked the plug and clip and on to the lisences and steel shot.Benny
snowgoose
The only place that I know it is not legal is Canada. You can not have more than one gun in your blind per person at a time cased or uncased. I know this post was meant for Minnesota but I thought I would throw that out there.
