Thought it was suppose to rain so I wasnt planning on going out tonight but when I woke up in the afternoon it was looking nice out so I decieded to head out. Met up with my buddy around 6:30pm at a spot that just became sort of fishable due to the river dropping. Fished and enjoyed the weather, my friend got one run and missed it. We kept losing bullheads so Chris ran home and grabbed some more bullies, by the time he got back it was about 9:30 and we started to see some action. From 9:30pm - 12am we got six fish total.

3 - flats under 10lbs

1 - 11lb channel cat

1 - 15lb flathead

1 - 43lb flathead!!!

I finally got my fish over 40lbs!!!!! grin.gifgrin.gif I got to break in my new 9ft King Kat Pro spinnging rod and it worked great! The fish were still biting when we left but the little nats out were driving us crazy. It was like bugapolooza out. I'll post some pics as soon as I get em from Chris.
