rundrave
Tonight we should expect to see a good pitching battle. Santana vs Buehrle at the cell. Could be a good opportunity for Santana to get back on track, and for the Twins to see how well they play on the road. Im am a little scared about our pitching as of late, and as much as I hate to say it, I think the Sox have the advantage this series just by playing at home. Just hoping for good series, and hopefully the twins can gain a game or 2.
Willy
I personally think we are going to sweep those [me] White Sox! Now that they have to play a little competition, we'll see how they fair. HA HA Bring it on Boys.
mnwild
I am gonna say Sox take 2 of 3, Thome & Konerko combine for 4 hr's in the 3 game series. Tonight is the best chance the Twins have of winning a game with Santana pitching. I may be wrong but it should be a good series.
Jarrod32
Santana, Radke, Silva for the three game series. If Santana can find his groove, and get the Twins a win tonight, they have a chance to take two of three. If not, they'll need to work hard to get a win. It's still early in the season, but it will be interesting to see if the Twins can take some of their momentum on the road...
buzzsaw
I don't like to be negative but Santana is down 2-0 and Radke and Silva have been horrible... no arguements right guys... sweep for Chicago! I hope I'm wrong.
Stratosman
I think you're right, hate to say but with our starting pitching sucking and Guerrier and Crain stinkin up the bullpen, looks good for the sux. We'll come around though.

Windy City Walleye Hunter
Buzzy my MAN,Right on with your Carnak prediction! It is mighty clean on the southside of Chi town the brooms were out once again. Just got back from a little R & R down in Florida. Went golfing twice, broke 100 once, got to the Hard Rock casino twice for some poker, won some money once, got out fishing in the Gulf twice, caught a nice fish once (3 foot black tip shark) and now I am BACK IN BLACK (pardon my AC/DC ism there) Followed my beloved Pale Hose pretty good while I was on vacation and was not dissapointed the whole trip. They are playing like butter right now, HOT AND ON A ROLL! Oh well, more later. I won't crow too much as it is still early and the Sox could be an injury or two away from disaster ( had to throw that one in for Geno who must be crying in his Cubbie blue beer after watching D.Lee go down)As usual......YOU CAN PUT IT ON THE BOARD......YES! buzzsaw
Jimbo said it best "The Sox are tough"! The Twins are pretty weak right now, we'll see if they can get up off of their arses and start pitching better.... I doubt it! Where in Florida? I just got back from Orlando a week and a half ago, stayed at the Swan and it was great... 84-94 and low humidity the whole time we were there. That fish sounds cool! CNY Tim
Windy - Yep Lee is out but they still have Maddux and he is just simply amazing. Tony LaRussa had the plate umpire actually check a couple of Maddux pitched balls to make sure they weren't scuffed. I'll tell see that Jacque (Jock) Jones has stepped it up for the Cubs since D Lee went down he smashed a a game winning 3 run homer in the bottom of the 8th to complete a 6 run comeback. North side was jumping last night, Wow! Congrats on the sweep Windy we took 2 of 3 from the Cubs, welcome back...
Windy City Walleye Hunter
Hey Buzz,It's good to be back, yea right, all that fishin', golfin' and poker down in great sunny weather, sand and surf can get really boring after a week or so. LOLWe flew into Tampa and my in-laws picked us up and went to their house in Palm Harbor, it is next to Clearwater and Tarpon Springs. Stayed there for a while and then headed over to Orlando, my wife's aunt and uncle belong to a time share and had some extra points so we got a suite at the Old Key West Resort at Disney. Nice pad right on the green of a hole on the golf course. It had water on the back and was surrounded by sand around the front and sides which made for some pretty interesting people watching while we sat on the deck emptying a few dozen Corona's and Cohiba's. It seemed like the later in the day and the hotter it got the more vocal people were when their ball ended up in the drink! We hit Epcot for a day and downtown Disney and the next day went to visit my brother in law at his house in Lutz. It is a gated community that Carl Everett lived in, some other sports celebs also live there. Nice place and a great TPC golf course within the subdivision. All in all it was a pretty action packed vacation, not too much laying around by the pool, which is perfect for me. I hate to just sit, got to have a fishin pole, golf club or pocket aces in my hand or I go crazy. Tough loss by my Pale Hose last night, although Everyday Eddie wasn't everyday last night. Gave up the tying tater to Brian Anderson in the ninth with two outs and two strikes. But McCarthy gave up the winning run in the 11th. Something about the number 8 with the Sox. They had three 8 game winning streaks last year and now have one this year but can't break thru to the 9th. But hey, I'm not complaining. Life is good and as usual...YOU CAN PUT IT ON THE BOARD....YES! Windy.

genegodawa
Yep, I'm at T-45 until my Cass Lake arrival. And I'll not only leave you some 'eyes, Windy, but I'll make sure PHole has a 'shroom/swiss burger in stock for you too.I got out on Sun and Mon south of Dixon to my sister's place. Man, was it ever beautiful out and the fish cooperated. We kept 38 gills, 19 crappies, and 15 catfish. The only bad thing was how expensive they were. You see, as I was lifting the anchor my seat gave way and I fell back over the side and pulled the trolling motor off with me into the lake - and I had my cell phone and digital camera in my pockets (and my wallet of course). Oh well, that was one of the dumber things I have ever done. Lucky we were only about 15 yards from shore, but I still couldn't swim for it with my wet sweatshirt and bluejeans pulling me under. Had to hold on to the side of the boat while my buddy motored us to shore.
Windy City Walleye Hunter
Geno,After I stop laughing, (man, what a picture you painted) I can tell you that this is not the dumbest thing I have heard of when it comes to fishing and boats. Here goes my story. The owner of the marina where I keep my boat told me about a guy who was filthy rich and who bought this huge cigar boat to impress all his friends. You know, the ones that are 6 figures. Well he had the owner of the marina put the boat into the water for him and invited all his richy rich friends out for a day of "ball banging" fun on the water. I guess he had his friends untie the beast and he gunned the throttle a little too hard when he backed out of his slip. The only problem was that he had the boat in forward and not reverse and proceeded to slam the fiberglass beast into the dock to the tune of about $25,000 damage. Cost of Cigar Boat-$100,000 plus, Cost of damage to new cigar boat-$25,000, length of first trip on boat with hoity toity friends-About 10 feet, Look of marina owner's face when telling me the story...PRICELESS!Now, do you feel a little better? I will still wait to see you on "America's Funniest Home Videos". You had better savor each and every tasty fillet those fishys give and don't divide the cost by the amount of fish or you will drive yourself crazy eating those $15 bluegill fillets! Hey, it's just money. You can't take it with you and I am spending my children's inheritance. Later, Windy.
genegodawa
I can buy quite a few brand new rowboats for $25k! His story hurts alot more than mine - I just mostly injured my pride. But the good news is that as a corp customer, I can return the cell phone FOR ANY REASON within 14 days so I'm getting a free replacement. Camera is gonna be expensive though, so I will still have to delight in every morsel of those pannies. THIS JUST IN: Received the replacement cell phone and last night my Camera started working....phew, it must have dried out enough by now. I must be living right?????
