crappie todd Posted April 18, 2006 Share Posted April 18, 2006 aitkin area. saturday. shallow water in the mid afternoon surface temp 60. that was under a no wind condition. once the wind came up, the temp dropped to 48.Main lake area was 47 in the afternoon and Sunday morning was 45. water clairity is stained. Fever Posted April 18, 2006 Share Posted April 18, 2006 Water was 59 and extremely green and cloudy on an Annandale area lake this past weekend. Tried for crappies in the shallows and had alot of action.... mostly bullheads though. I saw more carp than I thought existed in that particular lake as well.
