SOLD-2001 Mirrocraft 16ft with Evinrude 40hp

I have a brand new, never in water 2001 Mirrocraft aluminum boat, basic style, wood floor, storage compartments, with a 1994 Evinrude 40hp outboard VRO, tiller, power tilt & trim, runs very, very well, and a trailer (not a beauty, but it's the best I have and it's solid).

I am asking $ 3400/obo for package.

Boat has never been in water, and motor is not installed yet, but it will take few minutes, I just hate to drill holes in transom untill last minute.

Buyer will have option to take many items I have here to customize boat (livewell pumps, front deck, etc.) at no extra charge.

It's brand new, never registered and never in water, I am looking for a prop, motor didn't come with it.
