Getting An Approach/culvert Installed

Anyone have any ballpark estimates on what this might cost? I am looking to purchase some land up by Warroad. There is a county ditch between the road and the land and no current approach. The ditch is around 5 feet deep and wide at the base but closer to 20 feet wide at the top. I want to be able to get a truck and camper in there at some point but just want to make sure the cost isn't ridiculous before buying the property.

Itasca county provided the culvert for our driveway on the county road.  It is worth a call. We hired a local excavator-gravel hauler to install it.  He replaced a smaller existing culvert, but it was 20 years ago.  Not sure what they would charge now.  Back then he did the culvert and reshaped/replenished about 200 feet of driveway for about $1000.  Call the county first and then call around for the fill.

Probably a bit late. About $150 for a 20’x15” plastic double wall culvert, minimum size for Mille Lacs county. $500 for fill and to level with skid loader by Matt’s excavation near Garrison. Ditch was about 18’ wide and around 2’ deep,  fill included a 60’x16’x4” deep driveway past the ditch. First call was to the township, fellow came out to the property and was very helpful, got the requirements for local ordinances.
