one of the few benefits of getting old is that work can be a lot easier.  I remember looking around the office as a rookie and wondering how in the world the older guys make the job look so easy.  Now that I'm one of those guys I realized that its the cumulative work put in and experience and relationships that a guy makes.  I screwed it up along the way but finally have things how I want them to be.  I can make some big things happen without much effort these days.  Problem is I forget that many many days.
