I know I'm fairly new on the block, but I think a get together would be a blast. Maybee a centralized location? Everyone brings sausage of course. Camping, a few cold beers, and maybe tow the boats and do a little fishing?

yupper weve discussed this earlier awhile back with the exact same thi gs to do i siggested.federal.dam on leech, most people.are.fro. the cities are and its not a bad drive.  i wont be avolable till mid july

You bring up a good point, smurf. We could turn it in to a friendly competition.

Since we have a good population distribution on this page, we should do the Civil War of Smoking!  North MN vs South MN. We'd need a couple of non-partisan judges, of course.

now woud be the time to set a date and pick a camp.ground. i vot for the weekend after july forth, at federal.damm. any other suggestions please.chime in.

there's boar the bully pushing his weight around!!!!!!!!!!!! that might not be the best weekend for me. I have a contract that expires july 3rd. lets just say I don't expect it to be one yet and I gotta make myself available for whatever comes about!!!!!!!

oh and another thing......might be a bit far.....think its a 3 hour 48 minute drive for me!!!

We've been to some campgrounds where they spray for squitos on Thursday and don't feel one the whole weekend.  Wonder if they do that there?

NO!!!!!!!!!!!! that the time I stopped to visit boar there. they were thicker then my senior year prom invitations from all the high school gals!!!!!!!!

The Mrs and I have no problem making a road trip out of it, the kids traveling softball schedule comes out soon, but if anything they won't miss one coach otta four . On the the other thread weren't we thinking a more central location?  Like I said it doesn't matter to me, but there are others that might..
