Red Squirrel in flight

got this little bugger up on the north shore.

Doesn't look like it has much meat on it.  Sort of bony.  Do you smoke them, or put them in the crock pot with mushroom soup?

I poke em with a pin, boil them for 3 days, skin them, throw the meat and eat the fur.

Ya, but they taste like chicken.....   OK, I'll jump into the fray...caught this guy dozing outside my bedroom window yesterday morning, guess he didn't hear the alarm clock. I wonder if he wakes up with a headache?  Pardon the quality; had to shoot thru the glass. Sorry, just had to have some fun and post this here.

Plenty of gray's down here.  Cool pic.  Those red's chatter plenty during deer season up north.  Leaves turning up there a bit yet?  good luck.
