DonBo
I often use "Shore Lunch" breading right out of the box. It's good, but fried is better.

deerminator
I like to brush the tops liberally with olive oil, salt and pepper, and then coat with panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Bake at high temp or broil to cook quickly and get a little crispiness on top. Good luck.
Deitz Dittrich
I've posted this quite a few times... but its worth it again.Take a spoonful or dab of mayo in your hands and coat fillet, put on baking sheet and salt and pepper, then sprinkle real parmesan cheese. Broil for about 7-9 mins until golden brown.
rundrave
I like to brush a little oil on them, sprinkle some dill, salt and pepper or what ever else you may like to taste. put some lemon on top of that and bake until done.
icehole10
We bake most of the fish we eat. I usually just put a small tab of butter on each fillet, lemon pepper, pepper, dill, and a very small amount of cayenne. Bake at 350 for about 12-15 mins. About half way through I sprinkle some fresh parmesan cheese. Very simple, and easy to clean up.

Walleye Guy
Take two cups recipe and put a layer of sliced onions in the pan before you put in the filets. It adds to the flavor and makes the filets easier to get out of the baking pan. Add some parika too if you want to add a tiny bit of flavor and some color.
