Favorite chair or seat for a hub style house

For you hub house guys, what is your seat of choice for fishing, thinking of buying a hub house this year and wondering about the chairs to have to go with it. I have always owned flip over houses.

when I fish out of my hub I use the Clam cooler chair.

Director type chair. Keeps you more upright and most have a table on the side

Clam cooler chairs have held up well for me. Have never used the cooler part and even though about cutting it off.

Today was the first day fishing out my hub house. I second the director style because of comfort and the little table on the side came in a lot handier than I thought it would. It also seemed to stay put a little better than the other chairs. I added a couple rod holders to it and will provide a pic if you want to see it.

A 5 gallon bucket. It holds stuff on the way out and doubles as a chair. What can I say, I like to bring as little out with me as I can.

I sit on the sled I built on skis. has a little shelf for drink and lures, holds the rods, minnow bucket and I mounted lights on the side to light up the inside when fishing. All my tackle and extra gloves and battery go under the seat. when I'm done fishing everything packs on top of it to easily pull off the lake.

I use a folding chair with a welcome mat for my feet. The folding chairs take very space on the way out and welcome mat keeps your feet off the ice and helps to keep things from the magnetic pull of the hole.

If I am not worrying about packing light, then Director chair for sure - Comfy & sturdy. If I want to pack light, I am fine with the 5 gallon bucket seat.

Beware of using camp chairs not designed for freezing conditions - there is too much plastic parts in key areas. Plastic they often use and cold temps don't mix well, gets brittle and can break easily in fridged conditions.

I have a leather office chair on wheels i am quite fond of in my wheelhouse!

I picked up a Millenium G100 blind chair this fall. Little spendy. But a very comfortable chair, very lightweight. I intend to use that in my house this winter. height is adjustable, folds up nice. Should work well

I bought a swivel folding chair for sportsmans guide for around $25. Best chair ever and way cheaper then others. But...it comes with a few more pounds so if you're into light weight, then think others.

Doesn't matter what I use for a chair as long as I bring my fatboy hunt cushion.
