It appears that it is still in the development stage and the inventor is looking for investors to start manufacturing them. They are probably a couple years from being widely available to the general public if ever. It is hard for me to see any advantage over a snowmobile at this point in time.

I'd say its one heck of an advantage for the person that does not already have a snowmobile, depending on cost compared to snowmobile of course
