Cyberfish
I got a new AV Micro and plugged it in with the charger overnight. I saw no indicator light or battery status on the screen to tell me it was charging, does it have one? found nothing on their HSOforum or the manual I downloaded. I used it for the first time yesterday, it was awesome!!!, for about and hour, then the battery went dead!Anyone here have this unit and know how to do this? lol
hamms-scooter
Not sure about the battery status. I am looking into one of these cameras so please post more reviews when you can or send a pm. Good luck!

DTro
Well yeah, there is the indicator when you first turn it on, but you are right, nothing showing when it is fully charged or when plugged in.
Deitz Dittrich
It should get a full charge in about 2 hours...
RebelSS
Mine has an on-screen battery status indicator display, but it's the regular Aqua-Vu Micro..
Tom Sawyer
It's to bad the unit is sealed and you can't buy extra batteries. I know your lucky if you get 3 hours out of a new battery, on a full charge.Awesome viewing while it lasts.

I have been out fishing & have had 6 hours of straight use & no problems. I think it takes around 2 hours for a full charge.
ice_medic
I have an Av micro and the charge indicator on mine is in the charger. When i am charging it it glows red to tell me it is charging and glows green when it is charged. I can get a full day out of mine before it needs to be charged. There is also the battery status button on the micro itself to let me know where i am at on charge when it runs. One thing i have learned and i am sure it said it in the instructions i did not read but if you are charging it it does not work the best to charge and run it at the same time. My screen gets all full of clutter and snow like the old tvs when i do that.
