Shabazz Muhammad Kicked Out of NBA Rookie Program After Woman Visits His Hotel Room

Quote:

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Shabazz Muhammad was sent home from the NBA’s annual Rookie Transition Program for violating one very clear rule.

Muhammad was sent packing after bringing a female companion to his hotel room Tuesday night. The rule states that players are required to get approval for guests from program officials. In addition to being sent home, Muhammad will be fined for the violation and will have to go through the program again next summer.

Yep. They are the best laugh

I think the vikes will easily be above 500 and the Lynx are 17-3, own the best record in the WNBA! I think the wolves could possibly hover around 500...

No way the Vikes are over 500 and I didn;t count the Lynx as the big 4

How can you say the vikes won't be over 500...They have improved their team this year and they were 10-6 last year...I'm saying ponder will be good this year and AP will do his normal...Which will be breaking the record this year..T-wolves will be garbage as usual...

DLD24...regression to the mean...Vikes won a bunch of close games last year. Those games can swing the other way this year. Teams that buck that trend usually have cluth quarterbacks that are the top of the list for game winning drives that put the nail in the coffin. I don't see Ponder as that type of QB. I can see an 8-8 season plus or minus two wins.

Watch the Wolves much? If healthy, this team should be in the mix for one of the last two playoff spots in the West. They should hover a few games over .500 for most of the season.

I guess time will tell. We went 10-6 last year primarily due to AP. You can't depend on those numbers again this year as they were so wicked, even for AP. Keep in mind some of those wins would have been miracles had they not been against inferior competition (remember the Arizona game? YUCK!) Consider it a bonus if he has a similar type season. I see a 6-10 season. If Ponder has a season anywhere close to last year, this team is in trouble.

Wolves may surprise people . . .. . .assuming they avoid the injury bug.

Exactly what captain said, if if if...I think vikes get the 5th or 6th seed...and honestly I hate basketball until the finals...Everythings a foul (The NFL is getting close to the same)

Too bad he doesn't include the Lynx, only dominate MN team...be a good game between the lynx and wolves... grin

Vikes have a lot of those if, if, ifs too, maybe more than the Wolves; they operate on a smaller sample size, injuries and "bounces/luck/breaks" determine more of the games grin

I'll root for them both but couch my expectations.
