New Home Sweaters

I found this online. It not official, is dated 2012, and probably not going to happen, but I LOVE IT!!! The alternate is sick!! They have confirmed that they are releasing new new home sweaters for next year. Looking forward to see what they come up with.

So, are they finally just going to give in and go back to the old colors? Next is a new name...hopefully.

When the team first was created, I remember they were pretty adamant that they were going to build their own name and avoid and connection to the North Stars. Looks like they are backing away from that a little bit.

I think this is just a concept. They are supposed to be sticking with the current alternate and only changing the away. I'm guessing the away will look like the one listed.

Yeah that Green and Yellow looks A-MAZING! The team could add a very classy looking black patch on the shoulder that reads SYNG. Short for Screw You Norm Green.

I like that idea. They should never come out and admit what it means but we would all just know lol

I just wish the NHL would go back to the Home = White rule!

I like the green/gold, but take the head off and put Minnesota across the front like the others. Would look better.

YES YES YES!!!!!! I hate that they wear the dark sweaters at home. Half the time when I turn the game on, I forget and have to look at center ice to see where they are playing.

While they are at it, lets go back to Adams, Patrick, Norris and Smythe Divisions under the Prince of Wales and Campbell Conferences.

If I'm not sure where they're playing ....look at the scoreboard/time and bottom team is the home team. I like the dark color for home games myself.

I can honestly say that there is not a single dark jersey that I like in the NHL. Maybe the Wild dark green one but I am biased and maybe the Bruins which is awesome either way. As far as white ones, the leafs, Wings, Rangers, Habs, Hawks, Blues are my favorites.

I always figured they switched the white to away for better Jersey sales. Well switch it back to help jersey sales again...

Leafs white jerseys are awesome, too bad the team is just awful. I'm partial to our green jerseys. I like the oldschool look to them. I would fine with them dropping red from the jerseys entirely. I like the simpler looks like the Leafs and the Wings have.

Just over a month til the first game. Screw football, I'm lookin forward to hockey!
