$300 lifetime NRA membership

Recommended Posts

I do not think its available anymore.

I might get blasted for this but after the 5th PRIORITY mail letter in two weeks containing exaggerated claims and fear mongering to try and get more money out of me I am not renewing my membership. The two to three letters weekly, and daily emails all containing the claims and wanting more money is enough to make me not re-up. If they have money to send me worthless mail via PRIORITY mail, they have enough money to accomplish what they want. I'm very pro-gun, and I support some of the things that they do, but I personally feel they have gotten WAY off course in how thy go about things, and in some respects are no better than the crooked lawmakers they claim to be fighting.

rant done.

I will always be a NRA member. They do the majority of the battle when our elected officials decide they may take away our 2nd amd rights.

Fundraisng is a pain for any group but if they need to meet goals, then they have to do what they have to do.

I know they offr deals from time to time Scoot, might be worth a call to the NRA.

If you aren't going to renew because they are mailing out fundraising letters, you simply don't understand how things work. It takes money to do what they do, and clearly they get more than it costs them, obviously, or they wouldn't be doing it.

You gonna trust Obama, Biden, Reid, Schumer, Feinstein et al without a voice protecting your rights? You don't deserve to keep them...

I assume you're not referring to my and my original post here, right? I'm asking about renewing, not saying anything about not renewing...

Noone has to join the NRA as that is your right.

I would rather choose to give money to the NRA to defend my gun owner rights thas as Lawdog stated to let Obama and crew in the end take away or totally control what a gun owner can and cannot do or own.

Yes, I get those letters and many e-mails also but ib the end, they will stand up for what I believe in and Obama and company are totally against my 2nd ammendant rifghts as listed in the Constitution.

Yes, they do go abit off the deep end from time to time but I believe when you are debating with the Gov, that may be a needed evil.

Who else will fight for your gun rights against those who will or would like to take away or totally control your gun owner rights.

When the NRA does not have enough funds to fight those who would take away your 2nd rights, don't say I wish there was a group to fight for our rights.

I do not believe everything the NRA says or proposes but I do believe in what they stand for.

Is there still a lifetime membership to the NRA available for $300? I know that was offered recently, but I can't seem to find the deal now.

Nope! The link is dead. Was still an option through March of this year but currently is $1000.
