Alcatraz Visit

Been in San Francisco most of this week so I hit a few sights. I've been here at least 100 times in the past 30 years and never been to Alcatraz. Finally!

Interesting place, and creepy...I drove by it once a couple years ago.

Good images in terms of giving a good "feel" of the place. Of course

I'm drawn to the gull image .... It's a Western Gull BTW.

It was cold out there that day! And it is a creepy place, a lot of history though. And thanks Shawn, I knew I could count on you for the bird ID!!!
