what to do with cream of chicken soup?

Recommended Posts

Gravy. Cook up some chicken breasts and mashed potatoes. Mix each can with about 1/3rd cup sour cream, add paprika and a little brandy. When you got the chicken breasts cooked place them in a glass oven dish (called something, brain fart) and pour the mix over it, cook at 350 for about 20 mins. The mix will soften up and be the dip for the chicken breasts and gravy for the mashed potatoes.

Cube up a couple chicken breasts and cook them up in a skillet with some onion and garlic. Add the can of cream of chicken soup to the skillet, with a 1/3 cup of mayo and a little water and stir it into a creamy sauce and then add your choice of herbs or seasonings (Italian or poultry seasonings are good options). Them toss in some broccoli that is cut up into bite sized pieces and let the mix sit on a low heat long enough to steam the broccoli. Then serve over rice. Very quick and easy dinner.
