Nationwide race finish

The final lap was on of the scariest ones I have seen.

Kyle Smith was air born and went into the catch fence. Car blew apart and the motor was removed.

Seems all the drivers are ok but some parts did go through the catch fence.

Hopefully no race fans are injured.

Is Nationwide using the new cars? Was pretty good racing until the wreck. Should be a fun one today. Hopefully Danica doesn't take too much of the field out with her.

No, they are still using the old tandem bump drafting set up. Probably will not see airborne, engine in the stands, car torn in half today. But, with every one still getting used to the new set up at 200 miles per hour, would expect the same ole same ole....especially at the end.

There was higher quality version posted on youtube yesterday by the person who filmed it but Nascar already made them take it down. This one appears to be a grab of that original but with a lower resolution.

How does NASCAR enforce something like that when they have no ownership over the video?

I have never been to a Nascar event but I assume they do not allow video taping of a race.

That's how it was explained after people complained about it being removed. Every ticket has a disclaimer about video being NASCAR property. Not much different than any other form of entertainment.

Nascar said they wanted it taken down out of respect of those who were injured. Yeah, OK.
