taurus millenium 9mm?

Recommended Posts

I purchased one two weeks ago in 40 cal. One and a halve boxes of rounds and was haveing problems. The slide would not go back all the way somtimes. Even when doing the action buy hand it would stop just short of being able to lock slide back. Had to sed it in and was told a minamum of 6-8 weeks turn around.

Disapointing has it was was going to be my primary carry but couldnt trust it. Hope to get it back in good wooking order.

A lot of new guns, until you put a few hundred rounds into them will jam at times. I think it has more to do with the magazine being crimped to tight on the ends, then after it breaks in, they tend to not jam any more. At least that was my experience with the past couple I bought.

so what your saying is she likes big guns...

I have three buddies who have the Taurus Mil Pro Compact in a 45acp... They like them a lot... We found that the IWB kydex hybrid holster I have for me ruger SR40 Compact fits there Tuarus` well, and they all now have the same holster...

I would also take the availability of carry options into consideration if that is the purpose of the gun...

thanks again guys, we went to our local range today and rented a few guns, she also shot my GLOCK 36 in 45, she didn't like the 45, she settled on an FHH FNP9. now I may need another gun.
