Finns
This was posted on an Iowa site.I stuffed the breast with fresh asparagus. I put some asparagus in the liquid to cook it in and draped a whole package of bacon over it.It has been cooking since 8am in the crock pot. It will be done at 6pm. The house smells amazing. delcecchi
Let us know. Seems to me that everything will taste like bacon, which isn't a bad thing but seems like a waste of good aspargus. At a minimum, I would think the asparagus would be mush at the end. So let us know how it turned out... If it tastes like smoked turkey that would be terrific.
