Sherman
Custom made mine from a piece of wood. 1/2 in thick flat on both side similar to a "back-scratcher". Used bolt, nuts, washers, and a little hook thing for hanging ducer. Strong enough to hold ducer and arm folds back into bag with no problem. Cost of MOD: $PRICELE$$

Boker001
So is the arm so you can keep the ducer just underwater and not have it hang all the way down the hole? Just curious if it helps with fish getting tangled in the ducer or what the benefit is.
leech~~
Sherman, nice setup. I would take the extra cable off your ducer and throw it as far as you can. They do nothing and are just a hassle. They were only put on there to keep the Bird out of issues with another company.

Sherman
Yea Leech, that extra wire have had no issue wit me that's why its still there. Like you side I've would of threw it away long time ago but I guess it works fine with me. And Boker when fighting a fish up the hole, there will be no issue of taking ducer out of the water. But again others have different results.
