If I guy could afford it, wouldn't this be an awesome thing to have for ice fishing. You could go anywhere, in any temp and fish comfortably. Could sleep in it if you wanted to. And haul all your buddies and gear to the spots. Dang I want one... At mid 20k for a used on to around 40k for a new one quite spendy though.

They are quite the rig if you are somewhere that you can get a lot of use out of it. I know a few people that have them. Some of the older ones had a slide suspension that would seize up if you didnt keep them in snow to cool them.They change or to wheels on the newer ones.

They are a sweet rig and I got to fish in one a few years ago. Yes the cost of them put them out of reach of most of us Avg joe's!

They are nice rigs, but when you put in perspective of the cost of a boat, they are not bad. How many people spend between 20-40K on a boat?

I would probably use it more than by boat actually. Since I work construction in summer. However it is a lot of money.

Unfortunately they dont go "anywhere" without fail. They can and do get stuck.

Just wondering. What kind of license do you need for one of these?? A shelter license, or a snowmobile license??? You would be doing both.
