Canvas Craft Portable

I am looking for a reasonably priced portable and came across a Canvas Craft 5 X 7 flip over that someone is selling and is in great shape $500. I have no experience with this manufacturer. I was looking at the Otter Lodge and Clam thermal X2 but a little spendy at this point. any feedback would be helpful

For that price used I hope it's insulated? If so buy it, great quality!

yes it is insulated with that Norpacr2 black on the outside and white on the inside. 3 years old and used 3 times. Thanks for the feedback. I think a portable in Central MN might be the only way to fish this winter. I do not see getting my permanent out anytime soon.

That's a deal,,, I've owned one for 3 seasons, best portable around IMO.

Canvas craft make's a really nice house. Expensive but nice. For that price if it's in good shape it don't seem like a bad deal.

I bought a new Canvas Craft last year. My only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner. Matter of fact I am looking into buying another since the one I bought is a double flip, and want a smaller one when fishing alone.

Same here,,,I had at least 3 other portables and had pretty much given up

on them before I bought mine. Wish they had an insulated 1 man flipover

with fixed pole setup, I'd be all over one of those.

Canvas Craft if the warmest house on the market. The Norpac insulation is awesome. Fishing in a tee shirt when it is -18 below in a portable is the way to fish!
