Think the Rabbits can run with the Herd in the Dome?

<-------

Ran with them pretty well 3 weeks ago. They are coming off of a 58-10 win against the 25th ranked team in the country and playing some good football. Should be a good game.

Average margin of victory this season for the Bison at home = 32 pts.

North Dakota State has compiled a 243-37-3 record at home since 1964 ... The Bison are 98-23-0 in Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome since moving from Dacotah Field in 1993 ... NDSU is 19-3 over the last three seasons at home and is 49-12 since head coach Craig Bohl took over in 2003.

North Dakota State leads the nation in scoring defense (11.8 avg/g), total defense (195.7 avg/g), rush defense (67.1 avg/g), pass defense (128.6 avg/g), defense 3rd down efficiency (25.95 pct.) and first downs allowed (10.2 avg/g) ... The Bison defense has allowed only three rushing touchdowns (at Illinois State, 11-17-12; at Missouri State, 11-3-12; at UNI, 9-29-12) and 12 overall ... NDSU has allowed 100 yards on the ground twice through 11 games ... Missouri State had 127 rushing yards on Nov. 3, Illinois State had 111 on Nov. 17 ... Only two of 11 opponents have passed for over 200 yards, UNI had 213 on Sept. 29, Illinois State had 207 on Nov. 17.

If you're going to the game stop by the trophy case where you can see the Dakota Marker. The SD folks haven't seen it in three years so they might want to take a look to remember what it looks like.

There is also this little gem:

Buck the Fison.

Sorry but that is all I got. NDSU is the better team, but anything can happen and I am hoping for the Jackrabbits to pull one out here. The Bison can have the Dakota Marker, would much rather have a win here.

NDSU only had to allot 500 tickets to the away team and that is all they gave SDSU. They were available to season ticket holders first and were all snatched up then. So, it looks like I will have to settle for watching it at a local beer hall. No stopping by the trophy case for me.

Very true. That is why they play the game, as they say.

The QB has been throwing some INT's lately and that's what did them in against Indiana St. If not for the turnovers they most likely would have been undefeated this season, but if he can keep that problem under control I like the Bison's chances.

The Bison defense was on it's game today. I'm surprised they allowed SD to get 3 pts. When SD got into 3rd and long it just spelled failure for the Jackrabbits as they couldn't stop the Bison pass rush at all.

I was at the Bison game and wofford is far from lowly!!! Their D was dam good and the big full back is a BEAST!! It just goes to show how GREAT the Bison D is though!! I wouldn't want to see Wofford again on a neutral field though!! Go Herd
