My sportsman makes a clicking sound when bars are turned right all the way when backing and not as loud goin forward

Well my first ? is do you think bad rear wheel bearing could cause a clicking sound???? The wheel bearings do have slight play. I have only heard wheel bearings make humming sounds in the car world, my atv has me stumped..... I have already replace both axles with no luck grrrrr

Ratherbefishin - any solutions yet? I've got an 02 700 with the same problem. Mine's in the shop now and they're trying to figure it out. I'll post if they come up with a solution. Anybody else have any thoughts? Thanks.

Just talked to the guy who has been working on my 02 700. He thinks the noise was caused by the tire pressures not being equal which makes the differentials bind when turning. He said he made sure the pressures were the same and he didn't hear the noise. Might be worth a check.

The other night i swapped hubs side to side and the noise is gone, I plan on doing the bearings myself. I have done the prop shaft joints also on this machine, they where way sloppy but didnt make any noise... Ill keep you guys posted after the bearing replacement
