pushbutton
Since it is an Asian-Mex fusion, I usually have the slaw as the asian influence and use just a little rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, sesame oil, and chile paste if you want a little spice.....almost kimchish... For measurements in the order listed: Glug....glug, about a 6 inch lift, little squirt, and tip of fork
reinhard1
a little kimchi would not hurt a bit [as long as its on the fresh side]. i'm making some tommorow. good luck.
Chef
I use freshly grated green Cabbage and a little onion. we drizzle ranch dressing on ours along with fresh salsa, cilantro and the fish. No cheese. Fresh lime wedge.
McGurk
Ditto on just simple shredded cabbage with a light sauce added when assembling tacos. Take some mayo (not miracle whip!) And add lime juice to taste. Then you can add milk if you want it thinner. I like mine pretty limey so no milk needed. Salsa, shredded cheddar, lime mayo sauce, fresh fried fish, and warm soft tortillas are heavenly.
