half-dutch
Wild Turkey is far and away best at about 3 fingers over a couple of cubes of pure ice.

picksbigwagon
I take one of the breasts, split it 95% of the way, put a layer of wild rice stuffing inside of it and roll it up and tie it like a roast. Then I put tick cut bacon around the outside of it and put it on the smoker for 4-6 hours
kingr
Here's what we just got done having and my wife actually enjoyed it and is taking leftovers to work tomorrow!Cut the breast into 1" stripscoat in flour with your favorite seasoningsbrown in pan approx 3 minutes per sideplaces strips in a baking dish1 sliced onion2 fresh jalapeno peppers1 cup of white wineCover and place into the oven set at 350 for approximately 2 hrs.The thinner the strips the more tender they were. Also take the time to prepare the meat. The couple tendons that run through the breast should be removed. I went as far as to fillet the "silver skin" so to speak.
