Oh what the heck...I was just wondering today when the season was going to start. I see it is on ESPN2 right now. Next week is the Bud Shootout at Daytona. Here we go again!

Big John wins another Wally and Spenser Massey is lightning fast for another win in the TF.

Force Racing was looking pretty good this weekend.

With John having 2 new crew chiefs, he could be a seriuos contender again.

Just has to make the full runs as last season he broke way to often.

TEAM Force should be tough and I am sure Matt hagen will be at the top again.

Spencer Massey also looked fast.

It maybe time for the old guy to get out of the car and let some younger driver with some good reflexes in the seat! While he's still alive!

The OLD GUY is still as good as any other driver out there.

Heck, last Sunday in the Final round at Pomona, the OLD GUY's reaction time actually probably won the race for him. That was against his teammate Mike Neff, a much younger racer and he is always on his game.

BIG Jon is still as good as they come and a tough hombre to beat on the track.

I think John is one of the best that ever was! I have his an Ashley's autographs on one of my NHRA shirts from Brainard.

I would just hate to see him go down this close to the end of his career and we lose another legend!

Actually, my brother was a salesman in the hydraulic/pneumatic industry and many years ago got to sell some equipment on the Force car. Talked with Austin Coil, and said he was a heck of a nice guy. No free race tickets, though.

Usually Big John is a lock at BIR, but not yesterday. I am more of a Capps fan anyway.

Erica E is taking it to the boys the last 3 or 4 races, she looks good to go for the countdown.

Lucas wins Top Fuel and has to have his mom for the trophy girl. What luck.

Just to bring this back to the top,

Did anyone else watch the drags last night? That is how you keep suspense until the end in Top Fuel, Schumacher having to win the final and losing by .02 seconds and 2 feet!! Bernstein hadn't won in 3 years and hands the title to Brown.

Too bad Beckman couldn't have waited until final round to win the title in FC.
