I think I've seen 4 or 5 deer with arrows in them and trying to get their way through the woods.

wish I would of had a better chances to put them down , just never worked out.

Not a good photo for hunters at all.

Yes this is very sad But it happens more than you would like to think or will admit. Its a part of hunting and not just Archery, I'm talking about, it happens in all facets of Hunting. A winged bird, a misplaced rifle shot on a deer, and many other things that happen.

Lets not give into these Antis thou lets follow up on every shot that we make as ethically as possible.

I have shot a couple of deer that had broadheads in them from the same year and a year old not pretty but it happens. if you see a animal with a infliction such as this call a local CO and see what can be done.

They most likely will say live it be and nature will deal with it. Then so be it you have tried ethically to resolve the problem.

Lets all take our time with our shot plascement and take the game with a quick ethical kill and help teach this and this will help prevent fuel being spilled on that type of fire

just my 2c

Do a google image search for deer death fence. Mother nature is cold and heartless. Most deer I suspect do not just die peacefully in their sleep.

You could always post a few of those images on the anti HSOforum and see what they think of those.

This picture reminds me of a deer in my past.

I was part of getting a substantial urban hunt off the ground 6 years ago.

When the season opened, all public eyes where on us, if fact we were under a microscope.

Any issue about deer became our problem.

At the beginning of the hunt we get a call from, city officals and police letting us know "one of your hunters shot a deer in the face and its running around with an arrow sticking out of its head"

Pretty sick about it three of us from our group went to the land owner that saw it last, and worked a plan to remove the deer.

To make a long story short, we got lucky and I took the deer.

Upon inspection of the arrow, we found no head, as in no broadhead.

The deer had been shot by a local poach and not by a hunter at all.

Its funny how some jump on hunters at the drop of a hat!!!!

Those antis are a different breed. On Facebook they made a fake fanpage about Tara Andvik. The whole page centers around how all hunters are killers and how they wish for hunting accidents. It just sick. I made the mistake of making a comment on there. Next thing you know I'm on trail for having a fish in my profile pic. There's no sense with these people. Can't fix STP

Just remember when they hit a skunk on the road they are not trying to revive it or bring it to the vet, they pick their battle even though they don't care about all animals at the same level. If they did they'd be going wild about the oppossum becoming extinct in the area I live in. They don't care and that's ok, we can read between the lines.

EJ go to Anti Black Death Safaris on FB and check out the celbration of the 2 duck hunters that died. As I said... sick minds. They want us to have accidents and die. Not all the antis, just the real sick ones.
