For that particular battery, comparing amazon for set of two vrs Primecell it is pretty close. I think amazon was like 5 dollars more, but you have to mail your old batteries to Primecell adding to the cost. But the rebuilt ones might be better, have higher capacity and live longer, than the oem ones. Or maybe not.

I had one rebuilt at B plus. It lasted till the 2nd time I recharged it. Something shorted out and it started to smoke, took it back they gave me another. Cost to rebuild was $65,00. Sears had them on sale for $29.99. I bought 3.

There are at least two cordless drill companies (Rockwell) and I forget the other that offer free lifetime replacement lithium batteries. That is the way I'm going on my next. I've got a drawer full of drills without batteries because it is usually cheaper to buy a new drill then batteries.

Yes it is. My craftsman's 2 batteries went dead and they wanted $60.00 for 2 batteries. I ended up purchasing their drill/ratcheting driver combo for $99 with a charger and 2 batteries.

Uh, 60 is cheaper than 99. I know you got a tool and charger too, but it wasn't cheaper.
