Yes, but the Vikings constantly take other team's rejects. The only instance that I can think of to support your statement is when the Packers took in Koren Robinson, although if I remember one of his former coaches was with the Packers and pleaded with the organization to bring Koren in so that people who cared about his well-being could help him get his life back in order.
