Ozzie Newsome is pretty smart on player moves(drafts, trades, signs). He must see something or have a game plan for him. Ravens have been pretty succesful under Ozzie.

He is a heap of garbage, but he's also better than half of the left tackles in the league. So that being said, picking up a discarded tackle for pennies (NFL pennies) is not a bad move. They only need to find a way to motivate said heap of garbage, and they found a treasure in Minnesota's garbage pail.
