I also want to put it out there to everyone.....life is not easy and we all go through hard times but in those tough times we need to lean on our support groups, friends, family, or anyone that you can talk to that will listen even if it is a stranger. We need to be able to let our guard down and show vulnarability in our selves to let our thoughts out before they consume you. I have battled depression for a good chunk of my life and I know at a certain point in life I could have been in the same ending that my friend did. The only difference is that I was able to express my feelings and let people know what was clouding my mind. Please let your friends, family, and people you care about know that you are there for them and that they have a friend to talk to if they ever need it.

This is very sad indeed. Not what I was hoping for.

If anything positive could come from Kristofor's passing, it would be the overwhelming show of support from fellow HSO members. The main thing I believe, for me, was helping a fellow HSO member in a time of need. This is something HSO has great a past in doing as I have received it first hand. I would personally like to thank each and everyone who contacted us to help and helped spread the word. For me the world is a better place knowing we have members willing to show support on the scale which our members did. It really is truly amazing with how many members from HSO are willing to help out someone they really do not know.

I wanted to share some of ozzie's words he shared with me to show how much this means to those involved outside of the forums:

The funeral arrangements are as follows:

Visitation: 5-8PM Monday, August 22, 2011 at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Princeton and also one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the church.

Funeral Service: 7PM Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at the Zimmerman Evangelical Free church

Sorry to hear about your loss Ozzie, I've lost 2 of my best friends this way. There will always be questions unanswered and a bunch of what ifs. Not much you can do besides cherish all the memories and fun times you had together.

10-15 years later I still think I could of changed things if I would have known and been able to talk to them in time.

thanks guru and everyone......I know I won't ever get answers to the questions I have for him and that can make it tough but it gets easier to move on right? This last month + has been a long and emotional one and I just want to send out a BIG THANKS to the fishingminnesota.com family for being there. You have all been a big help!!! Now it is time for his family and friends to pick our heads up and live our lives to the fullest in his memory.
