Is there going to be any TV coverage of the 2011 Bassmaster Classic, besides the photos on the Bass HSOforum? I looked at the TV listings for the next week and do not see any coverage. What happened to basscam with all the tournament coverage, like last year? Did it get shutdown with Bass Insider? I dont see anything on ESPN3 either.

Yeah, I had At&t internet last year, so I was not able to watch any weigh ins on ESPN3 last year. I do not see any Classic weigh in covorage ESPN3's list for upcoming events. They do have some video updates on the Basscam, which I can only access through the BASS facebook page. The updates were on Gman, and Ike.

Weigh-ins will be live on HSOforum for EVERYONE - no 360

Also, here is why Jerry decided not to do same weekend coverage

"Being down there in the huge Delta, it's almost impossible for us to get the kind of material we need at a real timely pace," McKinnis said. "The Delta – it's a killer. We gave that lots of thought and figured we could just go ahead and do a better job by delaying it a week. We still have lots of TV hours dedicated the next weekend, and we'll just try to go wall-to-wall on the Internet. Our cost doesn't change. We still take all the equipment – all our Avid editing stations. It wasn't ESPN doing something fishy with us, which is immediately what everybody thinks. It wasn't ESPN at all. It wasn't a cost thing. We just figured we could a do a better job this way."

McKinnis also noted that future Classic broadcasts will be planned on a case-by-case basis, and size of the fishery will be a critical factor.

Lot of fog this am, lots of decisions to make as well, it's going to make that long run longer. I think the weights have to be lower today with a shortened timeframe to catch them. By the way Hella Bass please show Troy how to catch fish in AZ. when you get out there.

I just checked the leader board and there is a guy named Clark Reehm who caught four fish for 11 oz. Must be some tiny fish.

KVD has the lead right now, has anyone ever won the Classic back-to-back?
