Wow! I have watched 3 shows now and I love this show. It is so nice to watch a fishing show that doesn't first and formost pound there sponsor down you throat.

Saw an episode a couple of weeks ago and I will have to disagree with the OP. He didn't fish all show. Saw multiple shots of him waking to an alarm clock though. Also a segment of him in some producer's office saying he was cancelled. I thought it would be better as I liked Fish on the other shows he was on. I guess it is just another example of the "Peter Principle". He has found his level of incompetence.

I didnt like it at all. The show eather needs to be all humor like "Jimmy Big Time" or more informative like a regular show.

I gotta agree with a few of the posters, I've tivo'd a few and each one was just left me wondering what I'd just seen. One show I do love so far is Zona's Awesome Fishing Show. He is annoying too and way to into himself, but the places they fish are awesome.

Despite all the sponsors shoved down my throat, I still enjoy Angler's Edge more than most others. When they do bass, you learn more about structure and how to work a bait than just about any other show (Classic Patterns included).

Zona's show it sweet for sure. On the other hand the fish fishburne show made me feel dumber after I watched it.

Havent seen Fishburnes new show. He is too kooky for my liking. If I want to watch a wanna-be comedian I will go to the comedy channel.

Fishburns show is horrible and is not funny. I really hope young people did not see last Fridays episode. Him standing in a very tippy jon boat. No PFD. No t what we want to teach the younger generations.

After watching Fishburne on Ultimate Match Fishing I thought it might be a decent show. I saw that show last week and was hugely disappointed. Way Way too corney for me. But hey some people might love that stuff.

For me its a +1 for Zonas show.

I still miss Bass Pros.

Bass Pros is still on, can't remember if its Outdoor Channel or Sportsmen Channel, but I saw an episode last week. This week's episode is titled KVD Tubes, so it should be pretty cool. The one I miss is Classic Patterns, not sure where that one went.

I'm going to give a -1 for John Gillespie's Water's & Woods. Not sure there is a more annoying host on any show. A few years ago, I went on a charter trip out of Sheboygan and Gillespie had been there the week before. The charter captain said he was the most annoying person he'd ever had on his boat and he'd been doing it for 15 years.

After watching Fishburne on Ultimate Match Fishing I thought it might be a decent show.

I saw fishburn on that ultimate match fishin too, entertaining. I like that show.

Fisburn's show is only on at my house if I am still trying to wake up in the AM and my coffee hasn't taken hold yet. Although now I want one of those little plastic pond boats or whatever.

A show I have been watching lately is Brauer Bass Battles. They were on Mille Lacs in one so that was pretty cool.

+1 for missing Classic Patterns, that show was quality.

And yes Bass Pros is definitely still on I watched one just the other day. I think it was on Outdoor Channel.

I like the Fishburne show because he makes fishing like it's supposed to be. Fun! To many people and shows telling me how to be a great angler among my peers. Don't get me wrong I enjoy most other shows out there but this one has a twist and has entertainment value. I'm sure it's alot harder to put together a show that's generally funny and lighthearted in nature then it is to just stand at the front of the boat and tell every angler in a america what he already knows. Being dumb and having fun is fishburne's thing just like annoying is to Gillespie, and clumsy is to Bill Dance.

I watched the Zona show for the first time this morning and I thought it was pretty good. Add another "stupid fishing show" as my wife would say, that I have to watch every week.

Lets not forget he was in knee deep water and didn't need a boat.

Lets see, the message on the last weeks show was. White or red color crankbaits are all you need! All the other color are meant to catch fish,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ermen. Just fish them right by make contact with structure, the bottom, trees what ever,just make contact with it. If you want it to have more action tie on some white or red chicken feathers to the back hook. He was using an old Bomber like the old Hedden HellBender, a Mudd puppy or somthing like that. He liked them because when they hit the water they set with the diving bill down and the tail up out of the water so when you start to crank it dives right away so you don't have to cast way past the area where the fish are so the crankbait has time to reach depth.

Lets not forget he had to bail water from the boat and had two chickens in the boat with him. PETA will love that. He also and a guest in the boat with hin that didn't have a vest. The Chickens didn't like him at all!

Maybe, no, Make that, What I like is, his show is just what I think fishing should be having fun and catching fish. No EGO allowed.

Watched 5 minutes of it and turned it off. Yeah, him and Zona were super annoying.

Its either Lindners Angling edge or In fisherman for me. There was one a while back where the host would catch a fish and giggle like a little school girl. that was funny. Dime fisherman? or something...
