MN DNR has a pretty good programming group. They put out a fair amount of good/ useful stuff. We're pretty lucky here in MN.

It doesnt compare to that. This is the same information available on the DNR HSOforum. It has lake information like consumption advice, survey data, etc.

Oh. That is a great option then! Not quote the depth data, but does give you other important information.

I am always using the lakefinder on my laptop, this is really nice to have it on my phone now. I installed it, played around with it a bit and it will be handy. Best of all its FREE!!!

I noticed some lakes have contours with depths, and others just have contours. Not sure what is up with that. Still a handy little app to have in a pinch. The lake information and survey info is really nice to have at the tip of your fingers no matter where you're at.

Needs an "exit" button to close the app instead of having to hit the "back" arrow again, and again, and again, and again........and again.

I used this app a little more yesterday. Definitely a solid program. However, the one major flaw that I noticed is the same one that LmitOut pointed out. It needs an exit button. Otherwise, very, very solid application.

Or get Advanced Task Killer, hit home then launch Task killer and kill apps. Of course I have it set to kill apps every half hour anyways so I just hit home and don't worry about it, task killer will kill it on it's next run.

Nope. No ATK's for this guy, but to each their own. Android does a decent job of task handling anyway so ATK is really unneeded.

I just want an option in this particular program to exit, as most apps have.

i like it this is a great way for the dnr to get more users to there site as well I sell cell phones and this will definately be a good app to show along with my navionics app.
